I agree with your comment that instruct...Ametha,<br /><br /> I agree with your comment that instructor should be contacted if a member doesn't participate. I do feel that opportunities should be given to that member before instructor is notified. I think this is were trust comes in. You need to know a little bit about each member(esp. technical ability). The member maybe having difficulty with an assignment and may not be able to communicate this with the group.
